Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through account creation, provider applications, directory inquiries, consultation requests, invite registration, verification, reports, and contact forms. Public profile and contact fields appear only when the member enables them.
Service providers and data practices
The platform uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, file storage, and authentication; Lovable AI for assistant drafts; Stripe for the Revenue Infrastructure purchase; and Google and Apple for optional sign-in. The complete analytics, error-monitoring, cookie, email-delivery, subprocessors, and data-location list is incomplete.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion begins immediately and completes within 30 days. Personal information in backups is removed through the normal backup cycle within 90 days. Minimal security and moderation records may be kept for up to 12 months when reasonably necessary. Financial and legally required records are kept only as applicable law requires. The inactive-account policy is incomplete.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review applications, manage accounts, route inquiries, and improve the experience for property owners and Pros. We do not sell your information.
Operational sharing
When you request a consultation or apply to the network, relevant business information may be shared with the appropriate internal reviewers or counterparties so the request can be processed.
