Harassment and threats
Abuse, intimidation, stalking, or threatening another member.
Discrimination
Attacks or exclusion based on race, religion, sex, disability, or any protected characteristic.
Fraud and impersonation
Pretending to be another person or business, or misrepresenting who you work for.
Spam and repetitive solicitation
Bulk messaging, repeated sales pitches, or posting the same content over and over.
Illegal services
Offering work that cannot lawfully be performed or advertised.
False licensing or credential claims
Claiming a license, certification, or insurance you do not hold.
Misleading project claims
Presenting work as yours when it is not, or inventing results, reviews, or numbers.
Posting private information
Sharing someone else's address, documents, or contact details without permission.
Copyright infringement
Posting photos, plans, or writing you do not have the right to use.
Unsafe or malicious links
Links to malware, phishing, or anything designed to harm another member.
Reporting and enforcement
Any post, comment, or profile can be reported from the menu on that item. Reports go to a human reviewer. Content can be hidden or removed, and accounts can be warned, suspended, or closed. Every moderation decision is recorded. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact us.
Verification and claims
"Professional verified" means a person reviewed the account. "License verified" is only shown when an applicable license was actually checked. The Fixer Pros does not guarantee workmanship, insurance, licensing, pricing, or business quality.
