Delete your data.

How to delete your account

Sign in, open Settings, choose Your data, then Delete my account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

What happens

• Your sign in is removed and every active session ends immediately.
• Your name, photo, biography, portfolio, credentials and all private or external contact details are permanently erased.
• Your profile is removed from public view, search and discovery.
• Connections, follows, saved items and private messages are deleted.
• Your posts and comments remain in anonymized form, attributed to "Deleted User," so community conversations remain coherent.
• You can delete individual posts and comments before deleting your account if you do not want them retained.
• Reactions, saved items, connections and pending connection requests are removed.
• Deletion begins immediately and completes within 30 days. Deleted personal information ages out of backups within 90 days and cannot be restored to an active account.
• Minimal security and moderation records may be retained for up to 12 months. Financial or legally required records are retained only as applicable law requires.
